ARTWORK
We accept artwork in: PDF, EPS, AI, JPG, TIFF, PSD (in order of preference). Please convert all fonts to outlines before sending us a file and always inculde an image file so we have something to compare when importing your file.
PRODUCTION
Most orders are produced in 7 to 10 working days starting the next day you order, artwork files, and payment are received. Shipping time is additional time added to production time.
SHIPPING
We ship via UPS/FedEx for most orders. Large orders may ship common carrier to reduce freight costs.
PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All orders must be pre-paid in full before production can begin. Freight will be added after the order is produced and boxed for shipment. Please call for freight quote prior to placing an order for firm quote.
RETURNS
No returns are permitted on custom produced products unless there is an error in production. We will credit or reprint the product at our discression but no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
